this is the worst system I've ever encountered. I won't ever use Adobe again.

There is never any notice of renewal or cost and trying to contact these people is a travesty.

I'll find another system. Any one but this. I wanted a refund, since I couldn't get thrrough to cancel. And there's not way of doing it. Anything this opaque is a sham.

    You are not addressing Adobe here, just fellow users. And Adobe Reader is a free software, so I don't know what refund you are expecting. Perhaps you need this? Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
