Time Sensitive - Incorrect PDF file name is displayed when opened, how do I fix it?

I used part of another PDF file ("France") to create a new document in PowerPoint ("Italy").  I then exported PowerPoint "Italy" to create PDF "Italy."  When opening my "Italy" file, Adobe displays the correct content but the incorrect file name "France" and in the very top left corner "France" - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Recommendations to fix this are appreciated.
