How long does it take to convert a 2mb size file to Excel?

Hi Kbecher,

The time it takes to convert will depend on your Internet connection and the complexity of the document. Even so, I wouldn't expect a 2 MB file to take too long to convert. Are you finding that it's taking too long, or that the file doesn't convert?

Are you using the service via Adobe Reader, or a web browser? If you're using a browser, which one do you use?

For starters, make sure that you have the most current version of Reader installed by choosing Help > Check for Updates. If you're using a web browser, please clear the cache and try again.
