Today on several tries to convert a pdf file to a docx file (on my paid-for subscription) I got only the message "Error occurred while converting file". I was in Adobe Reader and using the convert tile on the right.

if anyone knows how to get a conversion of this type to work, please tell me. Lots of times before I've converted similar files without problems.

Is this happening with a single file?Did you try with different files?

Choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you're using the latest version of Reader. You should have Reader 11.0.09.

Try to convert via a web browser as well.You may logon to:https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe id and password.
