Too many emails from Adobe cloud!

My team just started using Acrobat in Adobe Document Cloud. It's working great! But now my boss is getting too many emails from Adobe Document Cloud. I guess everytime somebody comments on one of his markups or @ mentions him he's getting an email. How do I change his prefences (and mine) to not receive emails from Adobe Document Cloud? Thanks!

My team has been hosting shared reviews on internal servers and wanted to try the cloud-based to avoid having to keep adding permissions for different review teams in our different offices. Overall, we like the cloud-based review, however, as the host, I didn't like recieving an email for each and every comment that was posted. It's not uncommon for our documents to have 200-300 comments, and I certainly don't want emails for each of those! Is there a way to turn off the email notification for every comment, and just leave the emails for when people use the @mention instead?

Hi TraceyH84,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please let us know how you are sharing PDFs for review? Do you get email for all individual comments?

When you say cloud-based review, are you referring to sharing the PDF via an Acrobat Online account?

Please refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3CezYon. Check if that helps.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi thomasstephenbates,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are receiving emails whenever someone comments or mentions on the pdf, is that correct?

If you are referring to shared review, then this behavior is designed. Whenever the person who joined the review @mentiones or comments on the pdf, a notification is shown in Acrobat/Reader and an email is sent to the initiator.

Refer to the following help document for more info:

Participating in a PDF review, Adobe Acrobat

Thanks,
