How do i transfer files from one document cloud email account to a different document cloud email?

Hi Stephanie,

Would you please clarify, what you mean by "Document Cloud Email Account"?

Do you mean "Document Cloud Storage Account"?

So is it the case that you have 2 different Document Cloud accounts and you wish to transfer files from one Document Cloud storage account to another?
