transferring files

I have  Windows phone with Adobe Reader files in pdf that I cannot delete,transfer, or up load.  I press the cloud feature, and it says Share from Acrobat.com requires the file to be shared publicly.  By clicking "make Public" you can authorize the aplication to share the selected file publicly in odder to share a link for the same"  You can make public sharing from the home screen, by selecting "Make Pivate" for this file.

Okay.. so where do the files go when I hit make public?

How do I delete from my  phone?

How can I transfer these files?
