translation does not work

Adobe Express does NOT actually translate a PDF document. I have tried with multiple documents. It never works. I get a document back with a lot of skipped letters but nothing translated

Please make sure you are following the steps outlined in the help document regarding text translation in PDFs: Translate text using Adobe Express in Acrobat.

If you continue to encounter the same issue, could you please provide a short video demonstrating the steps you are taking and what happens when you try to translate the PDF? Additionally, please include the current version numbers of both Acrobat and your operating system. We will get this behaviour reviewed.
