Hello,

I've cancelled my free trial since I don't need the services anymore but when I open up a PDF it tells me that my trial ends in

Cancelling a trial, and getting rid of the software, are quite different things. If you don't want to buy the Acrobat app, you need to uninstall it. Then you can go back to using the free Acrobat Reader.
