Trouble with editing

Hi there! I have been trying to separate some pages that I previously scanned and I tried following the steps but I find myself stuck because I can´t edit anything and there is no extract or document button that I could find. I have tried printing and then saving but that doesn't work and I am getting desperate! Please help!
