Try to convert PDF files to Word - 403.

Any tips for solving this issue?

I am receiving the following message quite often when I try to convert PDF files to Word - 403. That’s an error.    Error: app_not_configured_for_user  Service is not configured for this user.

    Hi annden,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Looking at the records I see you have Adobe ExportPDF and there is no issue with the subscription status.

    Would you try exporting the file via browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and let us know if that helps any.

    Also, let us know if the issue is reproducible with all the files.

    Thank you Tariq. I did work this out for myself only yesterday & it works for all my PDFs now.

    There was not anywhere on the forum page however, for me to click ‘correct’.
