Hello,

I try to send a file of 50Mo, but it does not work???

    Hi Flodef,

    I would be happy to help, but need to know a bit more about what you're trying to do. Are you trying to upload a file to Acrobat.com for storage, convert a file to or from PDF using one of the Acrobat.com online services, or are you trying to send a file via Adobe Send?

    Please let us know where the problem occurs, and what, if any, error message you receive when you try to upload the file.

    When we hear back from you with that information, we should be able to point you in the right direction.

    Hi Sara


    The problem arrives when I try to send a file since outlook with adobe send. It was about a file pdf of 50 Mb. But the problem also arrives with a file dwg of 30 Mb.

    For the pdf, the helm of download filled but when we try to download, the file is 0 ko and there is nothing. For files dwg the helm of download stops and that marks: " adobe send encountured has problem with one of your attachments "

    Hi Flodef,

    Can you please try sending your files through the web interface (https://cloud.acrobat.com/send) instead of using the Outlook plug-in? Then, please check the Files list at cloud.acrobat.com to see whether your files were actually uploaded (if your files were sent successfully, you should see them listed in the Sent Files list).
