Trying to convert a PDF to a pptx

I have a subscription, but pptx does not appear as a format for conversion online.  When I try from my computer directly from Adobe, it says I need a subscription.  Help?

    Hi phillygator,

    In checking your account, I see that you have an ExportPDF subscription. ExportPDF doesn't convert to PowerPoint format--but the Adobe PDF Pack subscription does. If you got the wrong subscription, and would like to exchange for PDF Pack let us know. We can take care of that for you (though there is a difference in cost).
