Trying to convert pdf to doc file, but it keeps asking me to subscribe when I am already a paid subscriber. How do I do the conversion?

It seems like you are trying to convert the PDF to doc using Reader?

Could you please verify the service you have subscribed for?

The message you are referring appears when you try to perform the the conversion with Reader and Reader is an application to just read PDF'.

You need either the Adobe Export PDF or PDF pack to perform this function.

The program I have subscribed for is called Adobe Export PDF. There doesn’t seem to be an explanation for it online.

When I try to convert as I have been doing for the past year, it takes me to the online screen where I can subscribe to it.

Any suggestions?
