I have converted in the past, but all of sudden I am getting this error message. using chrome. Tried from adobe site as well same error message

The error message shared above generally arises when you try exporting the document using an older version of Adobe Reader. Since you are experiencing the error when working on the web browser, then we recommend you to use a different web browser and check with that.
Also, download the latest version of Adobe Reared DC trying Signing In and check through that. Download Adobe Reader DC through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
