Trying to download a PDF document from DC and it will not start

I cannot get documents stored to DC to download. The documents can be viewed and opened, but when I click to download, it will not start.

Sign Out & Sign In again using your Adobe ID & check if you are able to download the files or not.

Try to download files online https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent by Signing In using your Adobe ID.
