trying to download an adobe scan document in adobe acrobat DC.

I tried downloading a adobe scan document.  so scan from the app in my phone.  I see it in "scans" in adobe acrobat DC and I wanted to download to my computer.  It has been downloading for several days!!  It is just spinning and I see no way out of it.  so how do I stop this process and how DO I download since it doesn't seem to be working.

I have had nothing but issues with adobe from day ome this is why I haven t
even tried to use it much it sucks or someone is causimg the issues. I
.aware amd.they have been traced that are messing with my stuff

As you are not able to download the scan, please confirm if you are trying to download it from Acrobat Pro DC application?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the screen where it shows still downloading?

 

Please try to download the scan from Acrobat online account. Open this link: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/ and sign in using your Adobe ID. Then go to Documents > Your Documents > Adobe Scan folder.
