Trying to download my PDF pack, it keeps sending me to buy a creative cloud?

Everytime I try to download my purchased PDF pack, it sends me to buy creative cloud. Then it tells me to purchase a plan. I don't get what it's doing and why it won't let me use the apps I've purchased. Can anyone help?

Hi Elainer,

As per your account information, I see that you have purchased Adobe PDF Pack subscription and it is active currently.

I assume that you have not been downloading the right application to start your PDF Pack.

Adobe PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via  https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered

For any troubleshooting, refer to- https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
