Hi Mr EC,
We have checked your account, and found that you are a subscriber of Export PDF service. Export PDF has an ability to run the OCR which helps you editing the scanned doc to editable text.
- If you are unable to edit the word doc after converting PDF file to Word, then there might be possibility that the original pdf has images in it, which doesn't contain any real text.
- Or, if you are trying to edit a word or excel file directly using Export PDF service. Then that is not possible with this subscription, as it supports only PDF.
Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. With it, you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.
