Trying to export PDF to Excel. Has worked with one set of docs wont with table that is portrait. Any ideas?

I have already exported 5 tables to Excel successfully. Went back to do some more - 5 in all in one go from a website I am allowed to download from. Some of the formatting was fine other bit totally WRONG! Any ideas please?
