trying to sign into adobe and won't allow me to add email or password?

When I'm using adobe acrobat I try to sign in so it will save automatically but won't enable me to enter my email address or password. I can sign in to adobe through the website but this does not translate to acrobat.

I am using windows 10.. incidentally a similar thing happens when I try to log into microsoft... Wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem? Could it be a windows 10 issue?

Please let me know the version of Acrobat installed on the system?

Is it a subscription or a trial version?

Also share the screenshot of the page where it does not allow you to enter the email ID & password.
