Trying to split PDF into multiple documents - missing split icon

Hi,

I am trying to split a pdf document into separate pages.  When I go to Organize Pages I only have options to either rotate or delete.  There are no tooltips to split.  Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to enable this option somewhere else?
