Trying to use Export PDF and it keeps asking me to subscribe

I want to use Export PDF and it only gives me the option of subscribing .... but I already have a subscription. I can't get past this point. I can't figure out what is going on. Any suggestions?

So you have Acrobat Pro as part of CS6? In that case just use File > Save as > [choose a format] to do the same thing as ExportPDF.

Well when I go to that link I just get to the standard Adobe login. I selected ExportPDF under the pulldown and sign in... and it happens.

I have never installed Acrobat Pro from a download other than an upgrade. I install it as part of CS6.
