Tumbnails without trubbles

i have windows 10 on an intel core 17 Acer laptop with 8 gb internal memory. I install adobe dc for free and enable thumbnail view via edit Shortly afterwards i get an update from adobe and have to restart my pc But then the problems start the image flickers and if i try long enough i get to task manager and see adobe 2 times . But when I click on finish it disappears but comes back right after. So I get nothing done and have to set windows to factory settings via buttons on my laptop so that adobe goes off. But after reinstalling Adobe I keep getting the same problem. I got this for the 1st time while I was just working on laptop after an update but before reboot. I would like to advise you to see my thumbnails normally without all those problems.
