Hello Håkans,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use Adobe ExportPDF service, as it's asking you to resubscribe for the services, Is that correct?

The record and the order number you mentioned "Customer order Number is ADD000139056SE and Order number is 5012209636" is for Adobe ExportPDF subscription on your current Adobe ID which you have used to log-in on Adobe forums.

I have also checked the records with your current Adobe ID and was not able to find any Acrobat Pro subscription/license/volume license.

Have you purchased the Acrobat Pro subscription/license on a different Adobe ID(email)?

You can access the service of Adobe ExportPDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also use the freeware Adobe Reader desktop version to access the service of Adobe ExportPDF, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID in Adobe Reader. To download Adobe Reader, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

For troubleshooting related to Adobe ExportPDF, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

If you have purchased Acrobat Pro DC subscription/license on a different Adobe ID, log in on Adobe.com with the email on which you have placed the order to locate the order details, you may also refer to Find your serial number

You may also contact the Adobe support team to locate the order details of Acrobat Pro DC subscription/license Contact Customer Care

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
