Unable to access Adobe PDF pack. How to download it again?
I subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack several months ago Since then my hard drive crashed and I need to download and instal again

As per the description above, you want to download Adobe PDFPack subscription on your computer, Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack and it is an online service which cannot be downloaded as an application on a computer. But we can access the services through a browser and can be accessed through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC.
Access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
You can access the service through the freeware Adobe Reader DC, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, download Adobe Reader DC from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
