Unable to access document cloud documents

I no longer have access to my documents I had initially set up in the cloud? Do I need to subscribe to retrieve them?

Was just hoping to send an e-mail regarding to having lost access to my documents.

    Hi Zezzty,

    Could you please try steps given below and check if the documents you uploaded to the cloud are there.

    1- Visit this link in a web browser: https://cloud.acrobat.com/

    2- Sign in with your Adobe ID.

    3- Under Storage>click Document Cloud.

    Are you trying to access document cloud in Acrobat Reader desktop application or on mobile device like Android/iOS?
