Unable to access Export PDF, getting subscribe now option.

Die Konvertierung von pdf zu Excel geht nicht mehr, ich lande immer bei der Verkaufsseite wo die Abo's angeboten werden, es wird keine DAtei erstellt

Hi Rolandk,

Your account information says that you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF subscription.

I assume you have not downloaded the correct application to use the subscription. You may check the name of the app, it should be Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

Also-

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

As well as through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

For any troubleshooting, refer to- https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

I get access through

I thougt that it also works by using the button “convert” in the App.
