Buonasera, sono sul menù di tutti i prodotti ma non riesco ad utilizzare il prodotto del quale sono abbonata, ovvero adobe export

As I have checked the details for your account, you are subscribed to Adobe Export PDF, could you let us know if you are using export pdf services in Adobe Reader desktop application or online in a web browser at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Is there any error message when trying to use the service?
