Unable to access the package through desktop app.

When I open Adobe, the package I ordered and paid for is not there.  The only way I can get to my package is by logging in through the confirmation email.  I also can't get the package to open on my laptop.

Hi Jaimer,

Your account information shows that you have subscribed for the Adobe PDF Pack service.

PDF Pack subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/

To use it on your laptop you need to download the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

To activate the service, you need to "Sign In" with your Adobe ID and password.
