Unable to change Adobe ID

I no longer use my old e-mail account that I used for my Adobe ID. I want to change my ID, but when I go to the My Information page on my account,I can see all of my information and have a spinning wheel. I'm not able to change anything? I've tried this from different computer using different browsers and from my iPad. What do I do?
