I have just spent $25.94 for a year's subscription to Acrobat to be able to convert my resume from PDF to Word, yet when I try to do so the conversion box is grayed out therefore not allowing me to do so.  Then when I try again I get some boxes that allows me to do everything else EXCEPT to change my email address.  I have been looking in aparent vain for a link to contact Adobe direct only to discovere that one does not exist.

    Hi freemason7,

I'm so sorry--your post got overlooked in the Acrobat forum. I've moved it to the Acrobat.com forum.

That said, I've checked your account and your subscription to ExportPDF is active. Are you able to log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com using your Adobe ID and password?

    Best,

    Hi Sara:

No problem. I purchased the program for one year because I could not afford the $400+, an absolutely absurd & usurious charge, fee for the entire program. I was able to convert the document that I wanted. Many thanks for your kind thoughts.
