Unable to convert a PDF into Word as it just say "Uploading" || Adobe PDFPack.
I'm trying to convert a file from adobe acrobat to word and it won't work. It just keeps saying "uploading".

As per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF file into Word as it keeps saying, uploading, Is that correct?
The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack subscription on your current Adobe ID, with it, you can easily create, combine, sign, and send PDF files online. You can also convert PDF files into editable Word or Excel files.
Please try to convert the file on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password and see if you are able to convert the file or not.
If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to convert the file, then please sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID password in Adobe Reader.
You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
