The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, Please try to convert the PDF into Word through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
You may also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to convert the PDF into Word, just sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
- You may want to try clearing the browser cache and see if that brings any difference.
- If you are using a work computer then check with your IT team to confirm if you have a firewall/proxy settings that restrict the ability to upload files to the internet.
- You may also try disabling OCR and try converting the file.
