Unable to convert a PDF into word or excel.

Question

Hi, I try to convert a PDF into word or excel, but after clicking the button "convert" I will be allway forwarded to the website with a pricelist for different products?! I am quite sure, that I have an abonnement, and that I am correct logged in?!

Hi Guidop,As per the description above, you are not able to convert PDF into word or excel, as getting a message to the price list, Is that correct?The record shows you have an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF, (Annual) on the Adobe Id used to login on Forums.Please try to export the PDF online, log into your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password. Using Adobe Export PDF If you are not using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to export PDF, you can download the free Adobe Reader DC to use the service, Download Reader DC: PDF reader, PDF viewer | Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Keep us posted with the results.Regards,Anand Sri.
