Unable to convert all pdf files to Excel

Question

I have recently uploaded 4 PDF documents to PDF Export. These documents are in the same format because they are VAT accounting reports for four different calendar quarters. Only one successfully converted to excel - does anyone know why the others did not convert to excel and is there a fix to this problem.

Hi andrewl1972727,Assuming you are trying to Export PDF using this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf , could you please try Acrobat Reader's Export PDF option and see if are able to export all the files successfully.If you haven't already, you may visit the following link to download Acrobat Reader DC:Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC DistributionDo you see any error message when the files failed to export?Have you tried exporting to other file formats (like Word)?
