Unable to convert doc to pdf

just started Monday.  I've been converting doc to PDF the same way for years.  Now getting error message.   Any advice?

    Try to convert doc by accessing cloud.acrobat.com , visit this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/  , select Create PDF>select Files to Convert to PDF>Choose Files from My Computer>select the document>and then click on Download to save the file on your computer.

    Could you please let me know how you are converting doc to pdf - via Adobe Reader or cloud.acrobat.com
