Unable to convert file-"an error occurred while signing in".

When I'm trying to convert a file, the product gives and error message " an error occured while signing in".  I have signed in on-line several times.

    Hi Tamekac52383994,

    As explained above that you have tried multiple times to sign in online to access the convert feature. Have you tried with different web browsers?

    • You may try signing in through the different browser.
    • And if you have installed any "Security Software" or "Firewall", you may turn in off for a while  and try again.
    • (Turn the security software back ON as its not recommended)
    • You can use the Export PDF service(that you have subscribed) through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application.
    • if you have not installed the Reader DC, you may use the link to download the software through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Let us know if it doesn't work.
