Unable to convert from pdf to powerpoint

Although I have successfully uploaded my file to acrobat.com, i am unable to convert this file from pdf to powerpoint format. I have repeatitively received a conversion failure alert which states that "There was an unexpected problem".

Any solutions?

    Hi NWCNuring,

    Just for the testing if you can break the PowerPoint file into two separate files.

    And try convert again and check if that went through.
