Question

Unable to convert Google Doc using Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive

Hi

I used to be able to right-click a document in Google Drive and open with Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive, which I have registered with my acount a while back. As of yesterday afternoon, when I try to do so, I get an endless spinning wheel.

This only affects Google Docs; if I have a PDF file in Google Drive, I can right-click and select open with Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive.

Thank you!

Hi @syndicatc83966389

Hope you are doing well.

As mentioned that you are unable to convert a google doc file to PDF. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. If you are using a browser try using a different browser and check if it's doing the same.

2. OS name and version?

3. What is the exact workflow you are performing?

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi,

Using Google Chrome, in Google Drive, right click a Google Docs document. In the contextual menu, select "Open WIth" and then choose "Adobe Acrobat for Google Drive". Normally, this displays a vignette of the document, and then on the top right you have some options, such as to edit the document or send it for signature.

I have tried in incognito mode and it works fine. I have removed all of my Google Chrome extensions, cleared all data (cookies, browsing history, files, etc.) but to no avail.

Thank you,

Daniel
