Unable to convert PDF file into word, conversion failure error

As per the description above, you are not able to convert PDF file into Word as getting error message Conversion Failed, Is that correct?

Please check the PDF file's security settings from Document Properties.

> Open the PDF> Click on File>Select Properties>Select Security tab.

If the PDF file is set for encryption the file cannot be exported.

You can Sign in to Adobe Document Cloud at https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password and can try to convert the PDF file into word.

If you are using Acrobat reader, then make sure you are signed in with the Adobe Id and password on which you have the Adobe PDF Pack, annual service i.e. the email address you used to log in on Adobe forums.
