Unable to convert PDF file using Export PDF

Hi, I am having issues converting PDF to Word. When I click on "export pdf," I am prompted to an online pricing page even though I have already paid for the Adobe Export PDF Annual account. I am forced to use the cloud in order to convert pdf to word. I would prefer to covert all my files directly when I open the PDF. please advise

HI Gurjyotr,

As per the issue description, you are getting a message to purchase the Export PDF subscription when you try to export a PDF, Is that correct?

As per the records, you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your Adobe ID. Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password to use the services.

You can also download the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services.

You cannot edit PDF files with Adobe ExportPDF and Adobe Reader.

To download Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Please make sure you are logged in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
