Unable to convert PDF files into Word

As per the description above, you are not able to convert  the PDF files into Word, Is that correct?

Please use the online service to convert the PDF into Word, Sign in to Adobe Document Cloud at https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password, and try to convert the PDF.

You can also use the free desktop version of Acrobat Reader to use the services, to download Acrobat Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
