Unable to download converted files

When attempting to download a converted file I receive the error message "Unable to fetch base_uris from files tier".  What should I do next?

Hi Kristinac,

Sorry for the delayed response.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting an error when trying to download converted files, is that correct?

Could you try logging in from another network environment or use your cell phone and check if that works?

Some customers had the similar issue and it was due to the firewall/security setting that was blocked our site.

Also, try using the services on a new computer with a different network for testing purpose and check if that works.

If it's an office machine, connect it to a guest network.

If that doesn't work, please white list the following in your fire wall and check.

files.acrobat.com & download.macromedia.com
