Unable to download desktop app

I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro and, although I can sign in to my Adobe Export PDF account (for which I recently paid a year's subscription) I'm unable to download the desktop app at all. Any ideas? I can't seem to use the program.

Hi Andreag,

As you have referred to the desktop application, I assume that you were trying to download the creative cloud desktop application?

As per your account information, you have subscribed to Adobe Export PDF. Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Or you can download the Adobe Reader DC desktop application to access the service through that- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

In order to activate the service, you just need to "Sign In" using your Adobe ID and password under which you have the subscription registered.

Let us know if it still doesn't work for you.

Regards,

Akanchha
