Unable to download file from Adobe Send

Currently, for whatever reason, neither me or the recipient of my files is able to download the file that has been uploaded. It appears that the attempt to download it from Adobe times out for whatever reason.

I'm guessing this means that the servers are currently down or something isn't working correctly?
