Unable to download the PDF Pack
I just want to download the Adobe PDF pack that I already have to a new computer and the help is NO HELP at all. It does not tell me how to download and does not even show PDF Pack?

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.
PDF Pack is an online service, that can not be downloaded. It can be used after downloading the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
You can access the service online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered.
