Unable to edit the Word file exported from PDF || Adobe ExportPDF.

I bought the service to convert PDF document to Word. When I tried it, it saved it as a "Word" document, but the whole thing is in "picture format" and won't let me edit, copy, paste or anything that I want to do with a text document. Can you help?

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Is the issue is with one specific PDF file or with all the PDF file?

Have you tried converting any other PDF file into Word document? Please convert any other PDF into Word through https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and see if this brings any difference.

Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try to reproduce the issue at our end? To share the document refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

I uploaded my pdf documents to your cloud and downloaded the files converted to Word but the rows in pdf which consist of descriptions at the left and the columns of values at the right don't line up when converted. All the rows of description are on page 3 in column A , rows 1 to 32 (with rows 23:25, 27:28, 30:31 blank) and all the rows of the five columns of values on page 4 distributed over columns A thru F. That is not esy to edit in MSWord, to say the least! Do you have a fix?

As per the description above when you exported a PDF file into Word file, the document is in a picture format and you are not able to edit anything in the Word document, Is that correct?

Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
