Unable to export file

I have scanned some documents with the Adobe Scan app and they're now in the Document Cloud. However I'm not able to download them from a computer once I have signed into my account. I can see them but, when i select export PDF I get a message that says "Unable to process request... contact customer support for help".  Can anyone help?
