As mentioned above that you are trying to convert the document, so make sure that you have installed the correct application which is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Acrobat DC.

Try Signing Out and from the application and Sign In again.

As Adobe Export PDF is an online service, so you may Sign In online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and check if you can do the conversion.

You need to use the same email address for Sign In under which you have registered Export PDF.
